To Be Frank is excited to be offering a series of Disability and Sexuality Workshops. Our Christchurch Workshop is being held in conjunction with Salta Horses and Deirdre Ryan and will involve working alongside horses as a type of therapy and alternative education approach.
This workshop will be great for anyone who is working with people with more challenging sexualised behaviour. You don't need to know about horses and in fact you don't need to even touch them....they will be teaching us. Come and have a whole new learning experience!
This workshop is available for support workers within the disability sector for free. Teachers, Behaviour Support Specialists, government workers and other professionals can also register for a fee of $135 per day.
The Sexuality Workshops will cover topics including:
Understanding sex and sexuality

Boundaries in the workplace
Resources and support agencies
